Let’s be real folks, for many of us, this is what our New Year’s resolution list looks like. Nothing wrong with making a plan, strategizing, and really inspiring yourself to be ready to crush these resolutions for the new year!
BUT, let’s face it, many people also fail at sticking to them. Why? Well, I can go on and on about how we can fail at something but I’m not going to do that. I want to talk about how we CAN stick to crushing these resolutions/goals and make them a lifestyle and not something we wait till the end of the year to commit to changing.
